古いタイプのMazatrolファイルがMazViewでプレビューできません。どうしたら良いですか？

ほとんどのMazatrolファイルの形式は似ているので、修正して解決できると思います。プレビュー出来ないファイルを1-2個コピーして、「support@mazview.com」までお送り下さい。

PCにトラブルがあり、新規のPCを使用する場合、ライセンスはどうなりますか？

購入時に使用したメールアドレスと認証キー番号でライセンスを再アクティブ化できます。

MazViewにMazatrolファイルが表示されません。何か設定がありますか？

MazViewのファイルリストに表示する拡張子を変更できます。「拡張子」タブの下の設定には、表示されるカンマ区切りのファイル拡張子を入力する場所があります。

The viewer shows the Mazatrol program in the wrong language

You can set the language used for displaying the program under Settings - Previewing. This setting is save per preset so different presets can be setup with different languages.

I want to remove a Machine preset. How do I do that?

In the folder %programdata%\MazView (Usually C:\ProgramData\MazView depending on OS) the machine settings are located and can easily be removed by just deleting the file named as you machine preset
